What's Next?

  1. Account / Login Information: The first email will provide you with your account/login information if you do not already have an active account with CONCEPT Professional Training. If you already have an account with CONCEPT (i.e., you’ve purchased a training program from us before), you should be able to login now to access your training. (If you forgot your password, you can click the ‘lost my password’ link on the login page to have a link sent to you to re-set your password; this will go to the email address you used upon registration.)
  2. Invoice / Receipt: You will also receive an email with your receipt for your purchase. Thank you!

If you have ordered a live webinar (or a Summer Training Institute Workshop) you will not receive account information but you will receive further email communications about the live event so watch for those coming to your inbox!
